WorldCall parent GlobalTech appoints Frank R. Parrish as president to drive AI, Big Data push

GlobalTech Corporation, the U.S.-based parent of WorldCall Telecom Limited (WTL), has appointed Frank R. Parrish, III as its new president, marking a major leadership transition as the holding company positions itself for global expansion in artificial intelligence, Big Data, and digital infrastructure.

Parrish, a seasoned executive with 25 years in assurance and advisory services, brings expertise spanning telecom, biotech, and software industries. His Big Four background and extensive track record in U.S. and international markets—covering SEC reporting, IPO readiness, and compliance—are expected to sharpen GlobalTech’s push toward a national exchange listing and international growth.

The appointment comes months after GlobalTech, which owns about 55% of WTL, began trading on NASDAQ under the ticker “GLTK” in May 2024 following a corporate reorganization that established it as the ultimate holding company. WorldCall Services (Private) Limited (WSL) now serves as an intermediate entity under the restructured ownership.

CEO Dan Green said Parrish’s leadership will enhance the company’s management depth and strengthen its strategic direction. “His vision and proven expertise will be instrumental in driving GlobalTech’s next phase of growth,” Green noted.

Parrish, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, has held senior roles in leading accounting firms and holds degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio and Wayland Baptist University.

In addition to Parrish, GlobalTech named Iqbal Safdar as Director of Operations. Safdar, known for his work in governance, compliance, and AI-ready infrastructure, will bolster the company’s operational backbone as it accelerates growth in emerging technologies.

The leadership shake-up underscores GlobalTech’s ambition to expand its technological capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the fast-changing digital economy.
